I really like the style and power of the BAR, but I still wanted to improve upon it with Thompson SMG parts.. some other parts from an M-60 and so forth.

The BAR did have a carrying handle made of wood. Your foregrip covers too much of the barrel. WW2 models had a cut down foregrip for better cooling. Love the pistol grip - very necessary. But you mag is all wrong. Lots of 30 round M14 mags (NATO 7.62mm) and they are STRAIGHT, This one looks like its for old Brit .303s
