Interesting collection, your use of soviet symbolism is intriguing, and some of your patterns are totally unique. However, it is worth remembering that a flag's purpose is to serve as a symbolic identifier, unique enough that even a distant viewer would be able to instantly recognize and be aware of the represented group. Things like letters and intricate patterns do not serve this purpose well, little indistinct symbols have no place on an effective flag ('asteroid council' is a perfect example).

In addition, I would recommend that you either increase your resolution (even in fullview, these are paltry and pixellated) or learn to work in vector, rather than raster, format, for vector is infinitely scaleable.

The only obvious soviet imagry I used would be for Ceres.

The Astroid Council would be more of a governmental seal (like the UN Security Council) rather than a proper national flag.

The Neptune and Uranus ones I'm not too fond of but I ran out of ideas when I was making them.

I've never used a vector program, so that's out.

Neither had I, when I started. But it's so much easier than raster, so much less hassle.

For the soviet imagery, Ceres, yes, but also Venus, Mercury, and Antimatter (why would you need a flag for antimatter?).

As far as I know, the UNSC has no flag. The UN has one, but it's symbol is not overly complex and contains no text, unlike several of your flags.
